Shipping and returns

Packages are generally dispatched by GLS within 3 business days after receipt of payment. Shipping fees include handling and packing and postage costs.

If you believe that the contents of your package is damaged, contact us directly and if necessary we will replace the product and then we will engage the responsibility of GLS.

Shipping cost

France: Free shipping.

Europe (Germany, Austria, Belgium, Spain, Italy, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Portugal, United Kingdom): 4€.

World (other countries than those mentioned above): 15€.

Restrictions

Mailboxes and packstation cannot be delivered.

Return

You can exercise your right of withdrawal and request the return of a product within 30 days of receiving it, without providing any reason. This entitles you to a full refund, including the purchase price and delivery costs. Valid only for European countries.
