Parcels are usually shipped within 3 working days after receipt of payment.
Depending on the destination, delivery time may vary from 2 to 7 days.
Shipping costs include the complete preparation of your order (product selection and checking, packaging and labeling), as well as the eco-tax.
If you believe that the contents of your parcel are damaged, please contact us directly and if necessary we will replace the product and will then engage GLS, CHRONOPOST or DHL's liability.

Worldwide (countries other than those mentioned above, except Switzerland, United Kingdom and Norway): From €16 excl. VAT to €42 excl. VAT

CHRONOPOST Delivery Costs

Pickup Point France: From €6.66 to €24 excl. VAT
Home Delivery France: From €8.33 to €18 excl. VAT
Europe (France, Germany, Austria, Belgium, Spain, Portugal, Italy, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Portugal): From €12.5 to €29 excl. VAT.

Restrictions

PO boxes and automatic lockers cannot be delivered to.

Returns

You have 30 days from receipt of your order to exercise your right of withdrawal, without having to give a reason.
Returning a product entitles you to a full refund, including the purchase price and delivery costs.*
